Beginning
If you've landed here, you've already delved deeply into topics around substance-related dependencies or the subtler levels of psychological ones.
Whether as a dependent person or someone affected, that doesn't matter at first — I'm a contact point for both sides.
You've reached a level of awareness for yourself or are about to decide on your next steps.
It's also possible I'm the next link in a series of attempts to bring you relief and finally master your challenge.
I'm one of many alternatives, and it's crucial you keep the focus on
what matters: you and your self.
I follow a clear line in my work and operate fundamentally experience-driven and interdisciplinary. Solutions usually lie outside the field we directly perceive or think is relevant — often, that's not the case at all.
At the same time, I want to clarify why I neither highlight deficits nor negative scenarios, as often happens elsewhere. There, someone always subconsciously feels addressed, ends up feeling bad, doubtful, or worried about something that's usually not an issue at all. That's unethical and belongs purely in marketing — nothing more, nothing less.
I consider this inappropriate for dependency or abuse, as it frequently creates new dependencies itself, much like in conventional medicine. The alternative-spiritual sector or broad field of specialized coaches isn't free of these tendencies either.
The reasons are straightforward:
First, there is no "one right way" — there are always multiple paths to "Rome."
Second, it depends on your free will, clear and uninfluenced, without suggested attributes or planted hopes; that wouldn't be right.
There is always a solution — it just needs to be found!
That's another core essence and the foundation of my work.
