Workspace
Where we actually work...
The "workspace" is not a physical room – though we may meet in one.
It is the conceptual field in which change happens:
→ the questions we ask,
→ the patterns we map,
→ the interventions we design,
→ and the decisions you make from here forward.
Forward, not backward
I work prospectively, not retrospectively.
This means:
→ We do not spend months reconstructing your biography.
→ We do not dig through childhood trauma unless it is directly relevant to current patterns.
→ We focus on: What can you do differently from now on?
The past has shaped you, but it cannot be changed.
The present and future can.
Rarely a perfect solution – always a perfect path
In complex dependency systems, there is rarely a single perfect solution that solves everything at once.
But there is always a next step that makes sense:
→ clearer than the previous step,
→ more aligned with your actual goals,
→ more sustainable over time.
This is what I mean by the "perfect path":
→ not flawless,
→ not without setbacks,
→ but consistently moving toward greater autonomy and functionality.
Partnership, not hierarchy
I do not position myself as:
→ the teacher who knows better,
→ the therapist who heals,
→ or the guru who reveals hidden truths.
Instead, we work as partners:
→ You bring your lived experience and willingness to change.
→ I bring pattern recognition, systems thinking, and method.
Together, we map the territory and navigate it.
Success depends on both sides.
