Vita (interdisciplinary)
You'll notice that "interdisciplinary" holds special, deeper meaning for me and our knowledge alliance — far beyond simple adjacent fields.
This is a primary reason my models unfold effectiveness across different levels.
My Topic
What do assignments of qualities, attributes, certificates, or testimonials even mean? Today, years later, I know it was just about dependency too.
Conforming to or compensating for something/someone to do what seemed unthinkable from oneself alone.
A fallacy!
Though with the caveat: One should know what one's doing when choosing a profession or calling! My valuation clearly aims for everyone living their calling, beyond administrative hurdles.
What remains: A fine net of knowledge on interconnections and their interactions. In the imagemap shown here, I comment very briefly and exemplarily on what I took from different areas — some shaping my views.
Everything can always be used somehow on another level.
We just need to allow crossing our self-imposed limits, often portrayed externally as insurmountable. The "opposition's" supposed arguments then reveal their own inability to override such bounds.
It takes often-lost fantasy and some courage, but no dependency then poses a serious limit — quickly noticing one blocks oneself.
It's about change and adapting the known to shifting environments. And, as often described here, knowing & willing; nothing more, nothing less.
Crossing inner boundaries then poses no big challenge.
For once the "Rubicon" is crossed thus, returning to dependency becomes impossible.
Here, I also take the chance to note the logos and three further graphics. They appear variously, forming a loose ordering principle by which I occasionally mark content origins.
This is the LOGO as I will use it for the partner sites: leerzeit.com and unleer.com. It arose as a 'geometric accident' during the creation of a presentation for a client.
"Take over what shows itself to you and make the best of it!"
Lacking a good idea for a logo, I set the contrast to 100% on a photo and blended out the background. Artistically perhaps unusable, but that's me:
100% contrast.
"Trial & Error" are always good advisors,…
As described above, experiences do not always have to be about learning objectives. But everything we did has shaped us, often on levels that we only need to remember again. With this imagemap, it is about giving one or the other hint on how you can already help yourself now. Often you just need to remember what you wanted.
"Remember …" also "the mistakes you made."
This symbol reminds that everything always has a natural origin somewhere. In an ever more digital world, the reconnection to the analog sources of our self is of essential importance.
"Ask about the nature of the thing …"
I mark some of my visualizations with this symbol or a combination with others to draw attention to the fact that it is about a core, something native, original.
This symbol is unequivocal and means nothing other than:
"Think!"
or
"See the logic behind everything."
Nothing exists without a preceding logic. Not even if it concerns phenomenological aspects. Everything always has a cause that can also be found again in the effect. No cause exceeds its effect.
In an extended context, I also use it for the reference to a quirk of our society and another symptom of the degeneration of thinking, which can be found in the general descriptions:
[dont] "fake it until you make it" and our [no] "copy paste"
culture.
In the future, it will also represent the concept ©bmbh [brain made by humans]. Its meaning will, however, only prove itself in the final phase of the current restructuring process of our society.
Symbol for AI, everything technical, automation, and the unfathomable "hype" about the future of a fully digitalized life. It should be clear to everyone that digital progress is also an analog regression.
"Honor your knowledge and your function."
I use this symbol to mark autonomously created digital contents by AI. Without a combination with another symbol, it always also corresponds to the question:
"Is this the right path?"
As evident from my texts and the manner of creation of this website, I am no opponent of AI or autonomous systems. It is merely about the reference that:
"Not everything simple is simply [good]."
There are always events that lead you away from your goals and dreams. In this situation, it is important to trust that a path leads you to a goal. Sometimes then not only the path is the goal, but the goal reveals its true nature.
"Walk the paths you can walk; goals change, but not their nature."
When an idea, intuition, or goal shows itself, then one should hold on to it. Nothing happens without reason or the influence of Something. Every system of dependencies is always complete, even if we do not recognize this immediately. The phase of involution is decisive for the evolution of what has shown itself there. It is important here to recognize that:
"Every time has its time, even if we must endure it."
When the essence has shown itself, then the HOW follows immediately on the WHAT.
"A plan is only as good as the time spent philosophizing about its failure."
The field of dependencies always shows exactly WHAT interacts with WHAT HOW. It would be unwise not to look precisely there and repeatedly:
"Take time to save time."
"Everything that can show itself can also be shown."
Everything else is another perspective on the same field. It may seem nonsensical in many places to present matters and facts in this way, but it can help you at the beginning to find your own perspective on yourself and your self; no matter who, what, why, or how thinks about it.
"Have a pleasant time!"
Thomas
Formally an art, analytically a portal to manipulation that can lead to dependencies.
"Listen to the difference between 'storytelling' and 'storyselling'."
It is the transcendent phase transition, from a harmless story in the field of fantasy to the targeted strategy in the field of dependency.
It is precisely the zone in which a dream encounters rationalism and only one of them knows its goal.
It is assumed that there is a rule or plan for everything. In working with people, it is then often overlooked that there is a difference between an object and a subject and that the positions alternate. Better is the assumption of a dual space.
"If you believe you know the forms of communication or emotion, then reflect on which ones you haven't thought of."
If none can be found, then that precisely is the field. Everything else is something else and lies outside the possibilities.
"Distinguish between spaces that are entered and dimensions that move."
At the end of protracted processes, insights often stand that one could not have reckoned with. That is good so and corresponds to the principle of chance, which is only an expression for a connection that we could not yet grasp.
"Everything connects into a whole picture when the time has come and it can be understood."
In contrast stands the inability of semantic expression; this finds itself when consciousness has reached the required maturity and is interwoven with the net of dependencies.
"That is the phase transition from involution to evolution, when the being becomes becoming again."
Everything has its two sides. Everything always has more than one perspective.
"Always see both sides of a question to understand an answer."
"Sometimes paths simply do not lead to the goal; then it is wise to turn back and take another branch."
Often paths are pursued that simply cannot lead to the goal. The reasons are multifaceted and play no role. It is immanent here to recognize that:
"An attributed honor cannot replace dignity; it exists from itself and is an inner attitude that is inviolable."
In some places it seems lost or it was forgotten that it exists. Yet:
"Dignity exists independently beyond dependency; it only needs to be clearly stated and accepted."
This text passage may sound a bit more profound than most others. I was not able to capture it semantically differently, yet it sketches the true and unrestricted core!
At that time I had decided against the formal dissertation and implemented it anyway, because I recognized that I did not want to give up the honor of a title for the freedom of my actions.
Occasionally it can be sensible to adapt old knowledge to the changes and simply go with the times. It becomes exciting precisely when it is established:
"That old knowledge remains preserved in the core and the environment falls prey to the error that innovation can do without the essence that carries it."
"Fatal is it when all act and no one knows what they are doing."
"Every knowledge that develops innovatively references itself."
If patterns remain preserved, then one can certainly package something differently, but the content should remain unchanged, for sometimes things are simply good as they are and a change serves everyone except you.
In the world in which we live, generalists or polymaths are becoming ever rarer. Philosophy has to struggle at times with what I tried to illustrate in the Gifts section: Incompetence Compensation Competence. What remains is the realization that we have developed into a society of specialists who can hardly look beyond the edges of their own disciplines anymore. In these situations, it is indicated to seek means and ways that allow interdisciplinary communication and understanding. Something that today also seems to be the case ever less frequently.
Hence:
"Find the middle between complexity and simplicity, so that it can be understood."
"The middle is precisely the place of communication that maps a real interface. One only needs to learn to meet there as well."
Addiction and dependency affected me very early on, only back then I was neither able to grasp it in its entirety nor understand its significance. It was exciting, new, and thrilling. Nothing mattered as long as the players played and it was enabled to keep playing the game ever further. It was the glamour and semblance of a world that had solid roots and still has.
But it is also a shadow world in which it is about power and dependency. The ever-increasing degrees of complexity and derivatives of this obscure the view of the actual essence.
The "nothingness" and the "emptiness" are the spaces from which, beyond their roots, is drawn. The illusion of this fullness is the error that it is about assets.
To escape the pull, I established two universally valid rules for myself:
"Be the first of your kind."
and
"Be the first who leaves again."
Every other approach serves the spaces from which someone else draws.
Although I was one of the first of my kind in a field, my influence diminished continuously. I had failed to understand and optimize my intuition correctly.
"Everything can be structured and operationalized."
"All levels behave according to their nature equally."
"Nothing escapes the laws of logic."
There would surely be more to cite, and quite generally speaking, my intention can be broken down into one sentence:
"Seek the best perspective and shape it effectively AND efficiently."
Today it is a principle of my dynamic thinking to continuously rotate diversified perspectives around efficiency and effectiveness.
Everything there is to say about this is that the worlds of numbers and leadership always move between the poles: Top-Down and Bottom-Up. The surrounding boundary values define a status quo that is to be maintained.
"…" see the countless entries in an economics lexicon."
This training is certainly one of my more solid foundations, but also the least exciting, because factually every causal chain, with its causes and effects, is predetermined; yes, and more precisely, factually must be predetermined. It is the nature of this field.
At this point I make use of my precept of neutrality and refrain from further comments.
After a crisis, it had to be decided how it could continue. After some research and a recollection of already known things:
"There is always a way; it only needs to be found."
"It is not always the direct path that leads directly to the goal."
"If necessary, bridges can be built over worlds."
And something more specific:
"The shortest distance between two points is a circle."
Briefly:
"Do not conform to conventions if you do not want to."
"Wrong paths lead everywhere except to the goal."
Today I know:
"If the path proves wrong, then end it."
Hawai’i in November 2025
Sometimes one finds something that one could not have reckoned with.
"Take it and integrate it into your self."
In this way, things align by themselves and you recognize that sometimes there are shorter paths to reach a goal.

What's in the ‘BIO’ on social media...
Sometimes it's unclear what something might mean. Since social media BIO space is limited, I explain two of the three positions named here. The practiced reader will find the definitions below well-referenced online. Valuing that I possess these qualities to the described degree is naturally subjective.Overall, they clarify what I might have meant.
The first point: "Mentor for dependencies" needs no further explanation given this site's structure.
Lobbyist for secular spirituality
The term "lobbyist for secular spirituality" is precise, describing a person or organization advocating for forms of spirituality detached from traditional religious institutions to gain societal recognition and promotion.
Here's a detailed breakdown of core aspects:
Who is a "Lobbyist for Secular Spirituality"?
This role is typically taken by persons or groups representing:
Proponents of mindfulness and meditation: Organizations pushing evidence-based programs like MBSR into education, workplaces, or healthcare without religious context.
Humanists and non-religious: Advocacy for equal standing of secular life designs, showing meaning and ethics possible without divine reference — e.g., Germany's Humanist Association (HVD).
Philosophers and scientists: Intellectuals arguing via books, talks, debates for a mindset beyond religion, based on rationality, empathy, personal growth.
Goals and Activities
Lobbying aims to bring secular spirituality from private niche to societal relevance:
Political influence: Convincing policymakers to allocate public funds/recognition to secular spiritual offerings, not just religious ones.
Education and health: Integrating concepts like emotional intelligence, ethics training, stress management — often spiritually rooted — into curricula/therapies without missionary intent.
Public relations: Broadening public perception of spirituality, destigmatizing it beyond "church" or "esoteric fringe."
In summary, a lobbyist for secular spirituality fights for open, inclusive, religion-independent meaning-seeking in the modern world.
Expert Generalist
A generalist is someone with broad knowledge and skills across various fields, rather than specializing deeply in one. The term implies versatility and adaptability across contexts.
Key Traits of Generalists
Broad knowledge: Familiar with many topics, though not always in depth ("know something about everything, but not everything about something").
Adaptability: Quick to adjust to new challenges, thriving in dynamic settings.
Problem-solving: Excel by blending perspectives and ideas from diverse areas for creative solutions.
Transferable skills: Abilities like communication, project management, critical thinking apply across industries.
Big-picture thinking: Grasp overall connections between disciplines or departments.
Generalists vs. Specialists
The core difference: depth (specialist) vs. breadth (generalist).
Specialists offer profound expertise in narrow areas, essential for complex tasks but potentially limiting mobility.
Generalists gain career flexibility, suiting leadership roles in coordination and strategy.
Today, the "expert generalist" or "T-shaped" ideal prevails: deep expertise in one area (vertical bar) plus broad understanding elsewhere (horizontal bar).
