In the unregulated market of coaching and consciousness work, there's a clear tendency to "hype" certain terms. This creates the impression that insights become "facts" solely through frequency of mention.

The result: inflated terminology, promises of exclusive access, and new dependencies — precisely the ones you're trying to shed. I consciously position myself differently. I offer no "infinite possibilities" behind paywalls, no retrofitted scientificity.

HOW I ACTUALLY WORK (My Epistemology)

I cannot guarantee 100% evidence always — no one can. But everything presented should not insult your intellect and be traceable in simple terms for healthy common sense.

I apply the same rigor to "school medicine" as to alternatives: both rest on weak evidence levels. The question isn't "conventional or alternative?" — it's "is this plausible, consistent, and falsifiable?"
